Every document can be described and classified according to numerous different parameters.
For example, an agreement can be classified by the date and place it was signed, by its signatories, its content, and so on, while a photograph could be classified according to who took it, who’s in it, or when, where and why it was taken.
Inheritance cases, personnel cases, research inventories etc. all have their unique fields (indexes) for classification and description.

It’s important not to miss details and nuances when working with documents. Scanning or taking a photo of a document is not enough. You also need to remember the “where”, “why”, “what for”, “who” and “what” of the document. To save you the bother, we came up with VIAR Compact: a mobile application for the VIAR Digital Document Copy Management Module.
With VIAR Compact you can index documents using custom templates you created.

The application works off-line. Internet access is needed only when uploading documents to your personal Storage Module.

VIAR Compact allows users to upload files to the VIAR Module from all over the world.
